Our Slow Cooked Pulled Pork Shoulder, Chipotle Glazed
Beef Brisket and Juicy Barbecue St. Louis Ribs are smoked
on very low temps for a long time.

We use apple wood, hickory wood and cherry wood chips
in order to accomplish a unique and subtle barbecue flavor
that keeps you coming back for more. We also prepare our very own barbecue sauces to go along with these Smokehouse meats.

The Grille Room also specializes in some of America's
Ultimate Comfort Foods, like Smokehouse Guiness Shepards Pie made with real stout, Chicken and Biscuit Pot Pie and
Country Rotisserie Chicken, just to name a few.
